Twenty-eight years after co-founding Kearns &West, Ken Kearns is stepping away from the firm’s leadership to a new role of senior counselor. Ken will continue to work with select clients and hopes to have more time for family, friends, and golf.
As the firm looks ahead to its third decade, Ken’s integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence will remain an enduring legacy at Kearns & West.
To recognize Ken’s visionary leadership and contributions to collaboration and consensus building, the firm is establishing a scholarship in his name at North Carolina State University, his alma mater. We plan to award this scholarship each year to a worthy student who will add collaborative decision-making to his or her engineering education.
Abby Arnold and Debra Nudelman, both with more than 20 years in the field, have become Principals at Kearns & West. They will be joining as members of the Management Team and increasing their leadership roles in the firm and its practice areas.
Co-founder and Principal Anna West and Principals Anne Gunning and Sharif Ebrahim will continue to serve on the firm’s Management Team. Sharif Ebrahim has been elected to the firm’s Board of Directors.
