K&W was engaged by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s Pacific Region to conduct an assessment and develop recommendations for their offshore renewable energy program’s communications and engagement activities. The benchmarking effort involved interviews with 12 federal agency staff on their comparable programs.
