Josh Mahar is a Director with Kearns & West and brings nearly a decade of experience working at the intersection of transportation and public involvement. He has worked on large, multijurisdictional transportation projects and is skilled at helping implement effective public involvement strategies through the federal environmental review process. Josh’s experience in public engagement includes working at local, regional, and state-level organizations, where he has worked on issues including transit, infrastructure, active transportation, and safety projects. Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religion and History and his Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
