Sara Omar is a Director at Kearns & West and is a skilled project and management professional with experience in conflict analysis and resolution, environmental justice, and international relations. Prior to joining Kearns & West, Sara interned at the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution. Her accomplishments there include research and production of a report on how to create Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution networks within the Department and facilitation of a series of workshops on reaching consensus for a scientific methodology. Sara’s focus at Kearns & West includes equitable and inclusive engagement, environmental justice, facilitation, mediation, and stakeholder assessment. She holds a master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.
