Taylor York is a Director at Kearns & West and holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has worked in both the local government and private industry sectors and currently serves as a Board Member for the Inland Empire branch of the U.S. Green Building Council, Los Angeles. His community and stakeholder engagement focus is on urban planning, environmental, energy, and transportation projects. Taylor has special expertise in outreach and education for the deployment of alternative fuel and zero-emissions vehicles and infrastructure, including long-term involvement with the Western Riverside County Clean Cities program, part of a nationwide program supported by the U.S. Department of Energy. Taylor’s background has cultivated a diverse skill set which includes community engagement and collaboration, coalition building, and project management. He has experience engaging a wide range of stakeholder groups through interactive and creative methods.
