Principal & Senior Mediator
Jamie has over 35 years of experience as a mediator, facilitator, trainer, public process strategist, and community engagement professional. She leads Kearns & West Mediation Practice Area. Jamie has successfully designed, facilitated, and managed controversial and complex public policy consensus seeking processes in Oregon, Washington, Alaska and across the west. She addresses issues involving public works, transportation, land use, natural resources, emergency services, crisis response, endangered species, public facilities, internal work teams, cultural resources, historic preservation, and legislative issues. As part of her ongoing dedication to service and growth, Jamie is excited to continue helping mentor and grow the next generation of public policy mediation practitioners. Jamie has a Master of Arts in International Development and Peacemaking from the School for International Training/World Learning.
