The Oregon Wave Energy Trust (OWET), a public-private partnership, recently issued its Blueprint for Ocean Energy Development 2010-2015, a focused action plan to advance a responsible ocean energy industry. The Blueprint emerged from a multi-party stakeholder summit that collaboratively established 2015 goals for Oregon wave energy development and identified barriers and solutions in electric transmission, regulation and permitting, and policy and financing. Kearns & West designed and facilitated the Fall-2010 summit and helped OWET compile the Blueprint. The Blueprint is available for download here.
