Amanda Ford

Amanda joined Kearns & West with 20 years of experience in program management, tribal engagement, and conflict resolution. Her career extends to public policy development, environmental planning, and equity initiatives, serving Indigenous and historically unserved communities worldwide. This background includes advancing principles of equity as a liaison and mediator between tribes, community-based organizations, and local, state, and federal governments. Earlier in her career, Amanda worked as a consultant for numerous nonprofit organizations and government agencies, developing equitable drinking water policies and engagement plans for historically marginalized communities.
