Colin Johnson is an Associate at Kearns & West with a background in conflict management, facilitation, communications, restorative practices, and learning and development. Since joining the firm, Colin’s facilitation and strategic communications skills have supported a wide variety of transportation and infrastructure-related projects. He is focused on providing communities and stakeholders access to equitable and collaborative processes. Before joining Kearns & West, Colin provided alternative dispute resolution services at University of Colorado Boulder, growing the conflict resolution program there and providing both mediation and training for students, faculty, and staff. Colin holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Marist College and a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Professional Mediation Certificate from the University of Denver.
