Danielle Berger is a Director at Kearns & West and brings over a decade of experience as a land use planner and community engagement specialist working in the non-profit and private sectors. Danielle previously served as the Director of Planning at a San Diego-based nonprofit organization working on mobility issues, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement at the intersection of environmental justice and climate resiliency. Her work now focuses on a variety of sustainability issues including natural resource planning, hazard mitigation, recreational access, and active transportation for local, state, and federal agency partners across California and the Mountain West. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in geographic information systems from the University of Toronto and Master of Science in urban planning from Columbia University.
