Ellen Palmquist is a Senior Associate at Kearns & West with experience in long-range planning, public involvement, and graphic design. Her interests include natural resources management, land use, and community resiliency. Ellen has worked on a variety of long-range planning projects, including downtown plans, housing action plans, comprehensive plans, and community visions. She uses her graphic design skills to translate complex information into easy-to-understand content that supports community decision-making. Ellen earned her Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University.
