Glen is Vice President of Business Services and brings to Kearns & West over 33 years of experience throughout North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia in environmental consulting and related business services. His background includes managing the business aspects of delivering complex environmental, engineering, and civil construction programs involving scoping, costing, risk evaluation, contract negotiation, and compliance. At Kearns & West, Glen’s broad expertise is focused on compliance, systems, IT, program delivery, and developing processes and tools to support and streamline project delivery, among other responsibilities.
Prior to joining Kearns & West, Glen supported complex environmental program delivery for Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas & Electric, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and USACE utilizing a wide variety of delivery models, including T&M, Units, EPC, EPCM, and CM. He is highly proficient in analyzing operations and markets to formulate a strategic vision, obtain stakeholder buy-in, then implementing the plans using diverse cross-functional teams to achieve the desired goals.
