He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. His background includes community outreach and engagement, materials development, environmental justice, and housing security. Juan’s experience includes advocating for equitable access to the arts to helping increase climate resiliency of communities in the San Fernando Valley with the Transformative Climate Communities program.
