Leigh is a Senior Associate at Kearns & West providing project support across sectors and service areas at the firm. Her experience includes facilitating connections among stakeholders across the globe and managing capacity-building programs for urban leaders to better deliver for their cities and communities. Her interests include equitable community engagement, sustainable development, and city planning. Leigh earned her master’s degree in International Development from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and her bachelor’s in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
