Miquela Craytor is a Vice President at Kearns & West on our New York team. In her nearly 20-year career, she has specialized in managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagement initiatives in the government, non-profit, and private sectors.
Miquela’s background includes deep experience in connecting economic development opportunities to disadvantaged and environmental justice communities through designing industry and community-informed workforce and small business growth programs. At Kearns & West, Miquela is applying her expertise in the areas of green industry, clean energy, climate adaptation and resiliency, and environmental justice, among others.
Before joining Kearns & West, Miquela led the City of New York’s first industrial industry partnership, overseeing the development of the City’s Industrial Action Plan. Most recently, she developed the community engagement strategy for Ford Motor Company’s BlueOval education and training effort to support their first EV manufacturing ground up development in over 30 years.
