Morgan is a public engagement expert and policy analyst whose practice helps individuals and groups communicate effectively and reach agreements. She has 16 years of experience in the public lands, renewable energy, transportation and infrastructure, natural resource management, and water resources sectors. Morgan has worked on policy and regulatory issues locally, in all 50 states, and at the federal level. Her background includes working for two national non-profits, where she led flagship coalition building and community organizing efforts. Morgan has a master’s degree in environmental policy from the University of Denver. She is fluent in French and conversational in Spanish and German.
