Ruby Gonzales is a Project Coordinator at Kearns & West providing leadership and support for public outreach and environmental engagement projects. Ruby’s experience centers around working with elected officials and community organizations to enhance pathways to equitable civic participation. With a background in social work, she brings trauma-informed insight into engagement planning and execution across the private and public sectors. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a minor in Civic Engagement from Portland State University.
