Shelly Oren is a Project Coordinator at Kearns & West supporting public engagement projects in the transportation and community planning sectors, among others. Her experience includes work with the National Conference of State Legislatures conducting environmental policy research and supporting dialogue between states, tribes, and the federal government. In addition, Shelly served as a Denver City Council legislative aide supporting community engagement efforts and policy goals. Shelly holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley and a JD from the University of Colorado Boulder.
