Taylor’s background includes policy and conflict analysis on various subjects including state and local energy policy and regulations and water, sanitation, and hygiene programs. She holds a deep interest in conflict resolution, transitional programming and gender mainstreaming. Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Security Policy specializing in Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University.
