Trisha Madayag is a Project Coordinator and CADR Rising and Emerging Practitioner (REP3) Mentee at Kearns & West. Her focus is community engagement and facilitation for water resources projects, among others. She has particular expertise in working with communities on environmental justice projects across the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Kearns & West, Trisha worked at the City of San José to improve water quality in the South Bay and at the California Department of Water Resources to expand water access for underrepresented communities in California. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis.
