Jamie Damon has joined Kearns & West in Portland as a Director. From working with ranching communities and conservation interests in rural communities, to leading community and policy conversations in Salem, Jamie has worked in every corner of Oregon and around the Pacific Northwest.
Jamie brings more than 30 years of public policy mediation and facilitation experience and has worked in the public, private, and academic sectors. She has led processes for technical, policy, and legislative groups at all levels of government. At Kearns & West, Jamie’s role will build on her expertise with a diverse array of local issues related to natural resources and infrastructure, land use, transportation, and emergency services. Former clients include the State of Oregon Governor’s Office, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Association of Oregon Counties, Oregon Department of Transportation, and the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board.
