Catherine Scott is the Senior Business Development Director at Kearns & West with experience in both project implementation and business development. Over the last decade, she has honed her skills in business development specializing in federal contracting. Prior to joining Kearns & West, Catherine supported international and domestic organizations to grow their portfolio of US government work in areas including organizational development, empowering marginalized communities, and community resilience. This included leading business development teams to submit up to $300M in proposals annually, secure a $90M follow-on project, and expand into new markets. At Kearns & West she supports the firm to identify and cultivate new opportunities and partnerships.
