Madeline Kane is a Director with Kearns & West supporting major inter-governmental transportation projects. She holds a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University with Certificates in Mediation and Collaborative Governance. In addition, she served as a Program Manager for the University’s Conflict Resolution Department providing program development and training. Madeline’s professional experience includes working with local and state agencies on policy analysis, project management, and legislative and administrative processes. She speaks conversational French and is fluent in Swahili.
